It's got 9" leads, it's a black/white zebra, but I have a gold cover for it that I can include if that's what you choose. It's mounting holes have been drilled to be a bit larger for direct mount, but if you need to mount it on a pickguard or in a mounting ring you could use larger screws and drill the guard or mounting ring a tad bigger to accommodate the larger screws. $45 via paypal gift takes it. Price includes shipping to the lower 48 states. I might be interested in trades for a PATB-2.
