FS: Seymour Duncan Custom Shop "Sevenstring.org" Phase 2 active 7-string pickups
These Custom Shop Blackouts are NOT like your everyday set of AHB-1 Blackoute or AHB-3 EMTY Mick Thomson Blackouts... These are a unique blend of the AHB-1 coils ( Ceramic magnet bridge pickup, alnico magnet neck pickup), but has a different preamp than the Blackouts. The preamp in these are similar in tonality and gain output to the EMG X-series pickups. These are a rare, special limited edition made for a select few members of the sevenstring.org forum. I am not digging these pickups as i once was, and am looking to part with them. These are very lightly used, as they have NOT been used live or on stage. These have only been used in the house, so they are like new. They work 100% and when you use either the EMG PA-2 or the Afterburner, you can dial back in the 6dB of boost back into the signal for the traditional aggressive Blackouts tone.
These are coming as just the pickups only - no wires, pots, jack battery clip, etc. You keep your wiring and parts, an these are a direct swap for the EMG wiring, so these are plug and play just like the EMG's.
