What is a TB4J? What is the name. I thought it would be a trembucker spaced JB but that wouldn't include a J at the end...would it?

Rare Seymour Duncan 90s TB4J 17.68K HOT MJ Wound!!!

Fantastic sounding Floyd Rose / Fender Trembucker Spaced Jeff Beck Model JB Humbucker wound by Maricela Juarez, now the head of The Seymour Duncan Custom Shop.

"MJ" Wound pickups are much coveted and the Trembucker Spaced ones with the old style white ink stamp label bearing a "J" at the end are few and far between.

In addition, this puppy reads out at 17.68K, where the standard JB reads out at 16.33K, so you might say it's a "HOTTER JB".

Pickup is in great condition for its age.......light-moderate string and or polishing brush marks on the black bobbins. Pole pieces are still bright and shiny.Has approx. 4-5" of 4 Conductor Wiring.

Do you lose a lot if you put a tb4j in a regular lp type guitar that has no tremolo?

That I do not know...only had TB4/JBJs in Strat Type Floyd Rose Equipped Guitars.
