FS: USA Made Peavey Stratocaster

Very nice Made in the USA Peavey Predator. These were made at the Memphis Peavey factory. Very nice quality, and people are starting to collect them as they realize what a value they are. This one was white, has faded to a creme color and has some chips, shown in pictures below. Now on to the good stuff - I hot-rodded this guitar for you! Locking tuners, rolling bridge saddles, and a loaded Mighty Mite pickguard that sounds fantastic in this guitar. Check out the sound samples. The necks on these guitars are Peavey's patented bi-laminate construction, which means they're a two piece - down the middle. This adds stability and it really works. I bought one just like this that had been sitting in a hot, sweltering garage in Arizona and a couple twists of the truss rod and it was ready to go - I have it on my main guitar right now. Guitar plays great and sounds even better - you will not find a better deal than this on an American made Strat! Has some road rash (mostly not visible from the front) which only adds to its mojo, see below. Asking $250 plus $40 S&H (or actual cost, whichever is cheaper).

Sound Samples: Clean *** Clean *** Dirty

These are great guitars. I have a black one with a Dave Murray pick guard (PAF, MIM single, and a Super D).

I'm trying to get my guitar collection down to a reasonable level, but might be interested in a preamp, direct recording device, multi-effects pedal - like a BOSS ME-70 or something similar.
