I just PMed you. About a Fullshred. "- All the legs have been drilled for direct mounting" does that mean I can still install it in the bridge of my LoneStar strat the regular way? What does does "of lead" mean ? Thanks.

I'd say a big NO to installing the normal way. Holes drilled means the threads are gone that accept the mounting screws. You can only screw it directly into a body without a pickup ring or pickguard.

"of lead" means there is 8 1/2" of wire from the pickup to the end of the wire.

well, that sucks ...

You could always get some nuts and small spacers to put underneath the drilled out holes. that would make you able to put them in a pickguard/ring situation.

I had a DD that I soldered some nuts below the legs from my hardware store that fit duncans pickup screws and springs.
