FT: Custom Shop 78' EVH Humbucker

Hi everybody! New here to the forum, log time reader first time poster

So I have been piecing my Strat project together for what seems to be far too long, and bought the Seymour Duncan 78' a year ago (like a doofus) not realizing it was the HUMBUCKER instead of the Trembucker which I needed. By some miracle...would somebody be interested in trading my Humbucker for their TREMBUCKER (f-spaced) 78' EVH??!! I'll post pictures in just a bit, but it comes with a pickup cover, 4 conductor wire, and was only ever installed once

Dude. Just trying to help here. That pickup can be had anywhere for $160 brand new. Yours is technically used/pre-owned. There is just now way it would go for $150 on eBay.

There are a few ways to consider looking at it. One is to sell it for what a pre-owned CS might go for, which is maybe $100. Then kick in the difference and buy the one you want for your project. The other is to get with the CS and see if they can work with you on taking it back in as a re-wind, or whatever they choose to call it, to make it a trem-spaced, which would probably cost a bit, but that is a question for MJ. And finally, you might eventually get lucky and find someone that wants to trade.
