what color is this pickup? I assume its 4 conductor?.. right? I think all of Dimarzios are.

F-Spaced pickups have the pole-pieces spread farther apart so they line up with the strings on guitars that have trems better. I'm not sure off-hand how to tell the difference between the 2. I know there's a label on the package that says if the pickup is F-spaced or not, but I don't know if dimarzio puts a label on the pickup or not.
