i never thought i would be doing this. but as much as i love the guitar it is killing my hand. i bought it around last november. it has not been played much. it's in good shape as sounds real good. i did go over the truss rod cover with steel wool. some of the lettering was coming off so i just took it all off. to me it looks better this way. but a replacement cover should not be hard to get. i am mainly looking to trade for
les paul with thinner neck.
music man axis
esp eclipse.
i will get better pics up if anyone is interested.

Re: FT les paul traditional plus.

Man, thats a pity: I have a 99 Les Paul Classic Plus Cinnamon Burst with gold hardware and it kills my hands with the small 60ies neck - i need a beefier one. But i'm afraid our trade wont work due to the costs - Iam located in Germany

Take it to a good luthier and have him reshape the neck for you

Re: FT les paul traditional plus.

i have thought about that. but none of the ones here will do anything like that. there is only 1 guy within 3 hours that will do a refret. there is a guy who has a 2 week old traditional pro gold top that he wants to trade. which would work out it has the thinner neck. and i went after a gold top in the first place but no one had any.

I did this to my LP. It has a sweet Asymmetrical profile that everyone seems to love. Unfortunately, Mine is a studio model w/t a headstock repair. So a trade would be Unequalable .
