I picked up Fender Hammertone Fuzz the other week. I was not dissapointed. It does the early sixties fuzz tone and it has an octave switch too. Read a review in which it was mentioned that it was based on Maestro Fz-1. I don't have the technical knoledge to know if that is true or not. Good bang for a buck.
Next fuzz I'm going to get is the EHX nano Metal Muff.
