G&L DOHENY LAKE PLACID BLUE TRIBUTE WITH HARD CASE

This guitar really surprised me! I've never really been a Jazzmaster/Jag kind of person, but this G&L really opened my eyes!!!




I bought this new from Sweetwater. It did not include a bag or case...i found an old tweed case for it. Its in near mint condition. I upgraded the tuners to Fender Locking and i blocked the trem...those are the only mods....everything else is stock.




I have always thought that G&L made great pickups...this guitar is no exception!! Great single coil tones...handles overdrive really well. Stays in tune great...even when using the trem. Plays really smooth.




This is not just a surf music guitar....its very versatile.
