G12M Greenbacks vs G12Ts

I keep on reading that greenback cabs deliver warm and woody tone (and also it's the most "low-endy" cab setting in the PODXT) but at the G12M (greenback) speaker descriptions they say that it rolls the low end off a bit.

Anyway I found on the net about the G12T that they are supposed to have strong low-end (that's what I'm after for a cab).

What cab of these would you choose (regarding speakers - not brand or anything) for strong low-end?

This:

which features these:

or this:

which features these?

Any other recommendations are very welcome.

Thanks!

emi swamp thang has more low end than anything i've ever heard

but you gotta mix em with v30's or somethin in a 4x12 otherwise it'll be WAY too boomy

i think the greenbacks are great but a single one wont have much low thump. an open back cab will have the same issue. in a closed back 4x12 they can sound very fat.

the g12t-75's have a bigger, deeper, tighter low end and a more crisp top end than the greenback but lack the smokey, woody mids and rolled off top end that make the g12m so great.

Its a hard question to answer without knowing what you are using to power the speakers. My 2 favorite 4 12" are the Vintage 30's and the greenbacks. Depending on what kind of head I will be using and what material I am playing. The GB's are my all time favorite, the G12H is also high on my list. I am more of a blues, blues/rock kind of player.

Thanks for the replies so far.

This is for future plans so, I'm thinking to combine it with the Engl Powerball head and the guitar will be an all maple superstrat. For pickups I'm thinking the Miracle Man for bridge and neck or the Cold Sweat for neck (think an EMG 81 with much stronger low end and low mids for an idea - in fact it's not only that, but anyway....).

The rig is meant to be used for 80's Heavy Rock and Metal.

So, after a small research I found some interesting cabs providing a good low-end and still remain tight and focused.

Currently I'm at the side of 1960B by Marshall for the focused and clear sound they say it gives and the deep low-end and crisp highs too.

However I found some more that are quite interesting:

Genz Benz G-Flex 2x12'' (the 2x12'' is ok for me too)

Peavey 6505 4x12''

Krank Revolution 4x12''

Anyone ever tried them? How they compare to the Marshall one for that tight 80's Metal?
