Both the GOTOH and Gotoh-style tuners I have are designed with the mounting screw protrusion placed at the standard 45-degree angle found on most guitars of the past 30 years.

However, all the newer Charvels I've come across have the mouting screw protrusion placed at a 90-degree angle to the tuner body.

The main peghole size is the same, so they'll definitely fit the headstock, but you may have to make new mounting holes for the small screws if you wanted to use any of these.
