Traded my Tone King Metropolitan 1x12 combo to a guy on TGP, for his Germino Club 40 head with PPIMV and selectable tube/SS rectifier. Should be here early next week. I've got a buddy who loves his Club 40 and chooses to play it over his Friedman BE50 Deluxe at the moment. So that's a pretty hearty endorsement there. Says it's just an awesome pedal platform. He got rid of his beloved JTM45 when the Germino showed up.

The Tone King is an awesome clean pedal platform, but I much prefer my Friedman Buxom Betty for that. So the Germino will get used more than the Tone King has been lately.

Nothing planned for next week. But you never know! I like to try different amps and have the ability to do so. Is that a problem for you? Based on our relative post counts versus dates joined... it would appear that I prefer to try different amps and post about them. Whereas you prefer to just post. :bigok:

germino makes great stuff, one of the mbest marshall guys out there. the club 40 is supposed to get some great duane allman tones
