I wondering how you could get distortion from this amp? I don't know much about amps, but I noticed there was no overdrive switch or gain knob. Right now I'm assuming you get distortion when the volume is turned up higher.
Haha no damm switch
Turn it up and get smacked by the best ever rockoverdrive
Lol sorry well it needs to be up in bleeding ears loud, but what a sound if it is a good one.
But it is not a sound most can play with, it demands alot of control.

BTW The volume also functions as an on off switch...all the way down it's "off". Anywhere else it's at the "So freakin loud you'll be deaf in a minute" settting
Seriously, those old NMV's are THE best. But they are meant to be run hot...they get a little mushy past the 2 oclock position, but up to that is incredible.
Nothing sounds like a NMV Marshall. MV's are convenient (especially for the ears), but they don't sound the same.
