Hey everyone am I surprised!
A little over a week ago I received a new (to me) guitar. It is a DeArmond. I originally got the guitar to see if I liked it and planned on modding it.
The pickups are not stock as you may have guessed from the title. I expected them to sound like any other GFS or import rebranded type of pickup, but these sound great. Very fat. Have that nice low growl low output kind of sound.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has had positive experience with similar things. I originally intended to put Saturday Night Specials or Seth’s in them but I may not.
Any thoughts, if I’m happy should I leave well enough alone or press for more?
