This week my uncle randomly decided to gift me a guitar. It's a partscaster that's of really decent quality. It's currently loaded with a GFS Superstrat pickguard that has some fun tone varieties.
My biggest pet peeve with all Strats is the placement of the volume knob. I usually take one tone out of the circut and move the Vol down to the middle spot. My problem now is that I can't find a wiring diagram that has a 1 vol/1 tone configuration. Try as I might, I always have a hard time understanding the basics of wiring, so this one really has me stumped.
Would this be as simple as moving the wires from the exiting tone pot to the remaining pot?
