Gibbo EDS-1275

I've got disgusting gas for an alpine white (gold hardware) one. Phat cats in the 12 string neck, antiquities in the 6 string neck - 11 guage strings on the 6 string neck, 9 guage strings on the 12 string neck, gold dunlop strap locks. Tune the 6 string to Open E, the 12 string to normal so I can go back and fourth with jangly jazz chords and blues soloing. discuss

ya i'd like a white one as well..... mostly because of Alex Lifeson in the late 70's... but the best double neck i can afford is the OLP import

Re: Gibbo EDS-1275

What detailed GAS you have!

Personally I wouldn't have one...I have played several and they are uncomfortable and heavy guitars.

It's terrible. Sometimes, I have gas for my own gear. When I checked out the Firebird VII at Guitar Center last time, I played it through a Tweed Twin (same exact one I had) and I really really really wanted to buy it :smack: :smack: Then my brother hit me with a bass..... and that did the trick. I've just been listening to so much led zeppelin lately (trying to get back into rock. I found that with me focusing so much on the jazz music Im doing for the High School Musical and the blues stuff I play, my rock soloing has really started to suffer). So I got hit with a jimmy page obsession and started thinking about his gear while casually listening to some zep III and it just hit me that I could use a double neck because of my liking of multiple different tunings. Just a thought, never played one, keep on talking. Im saving my cash so I got time to decide the next guitar I want.
