Gibson Historic Reissue Burstbucker 1&2 Set, Gold Plated, With Bumblebee Capacitors

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to sell a set of Gibson Historic Reissue Burstbucker 1 & 2 guitar pickups, gold plated, with the Gibson bumblebee capacitors, $250 shipped in the Continental USA.

These pickups were taken out of my 2011 Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Historic Reissue Les Paul Custom guitar to make way for different pickups. These pickups are in excellent condition but have the slight tarnishing and aged look that comes from being played. The gold plating has that real nice patina and wear pattern under the strings that is the hallmark of a set of gold PAF style humbucker pickups that are aged the natural way -- by being played. Although I have not played this guitar extensively, so they are still pretty new looking. They also feature Gibson's VOS "Vintage Original Spec" pre-aging treatment, which was very subtly and tastefully done on this guitar. Not way too obvious and overdone as is the case with some of Gibson's VOS guitars.

I replaced the capacitors as well, because I wanted to use paper-in-oil capacitors. So I am including the Gibson ones that were in my 2011 Gibson Custom Historic 1957 LPC for sale also. They have been used while they were in the guitar, but they're in excellent condition.

So this is what's up for sale:

-- Gibson Burstbucker 1 humbucker pickup, Gold plated, slightly aged appearance
-- Gibson Burstbucker 2 humbucker pickup, Gold plated, slightly aged appearance
-- 2 Gibson Bumblebee capacitors, slightly used

I have some pictures uploaded on flickr -- http://www.flickr.com/photos/14810092@N02/

Here's one now --

Again, pickups and capacitors for sale! Asking $250 shipped...

Thanks much!
Dave

Man I want these, but...I just bought a WLH set. Now I'm not saying I wish I hadn't bought the Whole Lottas, but have you ever just wanted both?:) I don't have the guitar I want to put the BBs in yet, but I'm hoping to have it in a couple of months. I'd sure like to have these waiting! I guess we'll just have to see if the funds can be put together in time...
