Yo! I was driving around Byard Lane just the other day...
This is as good a deal as you're ever likely to see on a trans-amber mint one. Much nicer than the Ebony. I have one of these and its amazing. Burstbucker Pros, not the Dirty Fingers..sounds more Paf'ish. Deep rich and sweet tone 4 days.;

Picture looks familiar. :scratchch
I own a '94 LP Standard ('59 neck, JB bridge) and an SG Classic (stock P90s). Someone make a compelling argument why I need an RD Standard beyond looks.
Because it fills an obvious void in your collection.
In the world of Gibson solid body electrics, there is the LP tone, the P-90 tone, and the massive-flat-slab-of-mahogany-with-humbuckers tone. This tone can be achieved by a number of different models - Vs, Explorers, and all-mahog RDs... and as far as I know, you don't have any of those...
Correct. I don't have anything in the V/Explorer family. However, given that both the SG and LP are mahogany, how different is the tone with an Explorer-type?
