anybody know what kind of pickup Seymour Duncan put in the neck of Gilmour's Esquire?

Gilmour's beat up esquire had a neck pickup installed by seymour himself

Can we revisit this thread? I am interested in the wiring diagram and the type of pick-up used on Gilmour's 55 Esquire. Although the Esquire typically does not have a neck pick-up, Gilmour's was custom fitted by SD with a neck pickup. This is not a standard Tele pickup as it looks similar to a single coil Alnico type pickup. I believe the three-way was wired to make the tone pot a blend control. I have a Custom Shop Esquire that came with a neck pickup but wired like an Esquire rather than a Tele. Any suggestions on re-wiring as the 3rd postion is extremely muddy and not useable.
