you know what i hadnt thought of that. not a bad idea, i think i just might do it.

but thats not exactly taking up most of the money. im gonna get straplocks for my explorer too, which is long overdue. so a bass amp might still be on the table. something around $300 or less should be good, its not like im a really great bassist its just to expand my horizons or whatever. so how bout some bass amp reccomendations? most of the stuff i play on bass is maiden/sabbath/metallica stuff, whats a good smallish (1x12 tops) amp for that? a recording output would be nice too, but not necessary

Actually man, This CD....KICKS MY ASS. It's really good.


Why not get a Bass V-amp? You could run it through the FX loop of your amp or something. Little crate combo's aren't bad for bass, either.

You could invite your girlfriend to a very nice dinner, and keep the remaining money -- if any -- in your wallet for some added feel of security when going out.

From your rig, a good booster pedal to drive your amps.... :32:
But then you'd need a good hush pedal/noise gate.... :smack:
And if you got one of those....hell... get a good distortion pedal....

Yeah, I have about 12 pedals now.... great way of wasting cash :13:

A hand tooled leather gig bag & Strap? Cables? A pair of Shure SM-57 or 58s? A used Dano? Fishman Power Bridge? Any guitar need a re-fret? Bigger hard drive? Stereo compressor or Preamp? 8 Harmonicas? Beer? New speaker(s)? Digital satellite TV for the summer? Rent a Harley for the weekend?
