Godin Progression Plus

Well my wife mentioned to me I could order that guitar I have been keeping an eye on. My local shop had just had one come in and them knowing how much of a Godin fan I am, directed my path over to the beauty. Sit down give it a try any of you who know me on the forum I am a very impressed with the high quality of their axes. Of course when I started to play I said one day I would like to own this guitar, well never expected to own one of these Gems nearly this soon. My wife said to me Happy Birthday order the guitar. Tomorrow headed over to my local guys to order one trying to pick the colour and whether rosewood or maple neck. I will make my decision when I get there. When I receive it I will post some pics. I have the session and will definitely be keeping it its my #1 go to guitar. Looking forward to the Progression which will I'm sure turn into my#1 axe but I will continue to play my Session as well. The Progression has so many features the playability etc etc.

Awesome! Those are great guitars. I love their archtops and semi-hollows, too. Problem is that I don't ever see them where I live. I played several at NAMM, and they rocked.

Thanks, Just ordered it this morning decided to go with the Trans Cream HG with a Maple neck. Not sure when its coming until I get the call , But will send some pics when I get it.

Yeah, pics! Also a review- it is hard to find honest reviews on any Godin or by people who know enough about the brand.

I ordered it July 24th. The guys at my local shop told me the plant was closed down for vacation until Aug 7th so they were not able to put the order in til the 7th which they did. I have been out of town until today so contacted the guys they told me it will be an 8-12 week wait not a problem it will certainly be worth it!! with the backlog after being shutdown I don't think that's to bad. I will definitely send some pics when she arrives.

Sweet! I love my Godin guitars. My Artisan guitars are pretty slick and my LG Signature is so beyond awesome (it's loaded with a set of DiMarzio Titans). You simply cannot go wrong with a Godin.
