Going to put a JB Jr in my PRS SE Silver sky -quick question

I heard that you need to 'reverse the wires' when installing this pickup -what does that mean exactly?

i dont know if thats true, but if it is, swap the black and green wires on the jb jr. so green as hot, black to ground
