Got the SL pups when I took delivery of guitar 09/13. They replaced the stock 57 Classic set. I must add - there is absolutely nothing negative to say from my part about the 57 Classics. I find myself swapping back & forth between the sets when mood tells me too. The difference is night & day in a very happy way between the two.
Anways, I just picked up another ES-335 Dot gibby and am leaning towards Pearly Gates. I know some of you guys have them in your 335s and I'd be interested in hearing some clean sound clips as in zero reverb, compression, delays, bad camera mics etc:laugh: ... just es to cable to amp on clean settings. I can't buy pups without this kind of demo.
Lemme know & Ill send you my email address. I can reciprocate buy sending or post clean sound clips of my ES-335 with Seth set and anyone interested in Seths for their SG Standard???? - I have then in mine; I can send those out to anyone interested.
OR - y'all can tell me where I can post these for free wherever. I got a Tascam stereo recorder - the handheld one - awesome recording quality .wav or .mp3. Amp will be super reverb (65 reissue).
