Good bridge humbucker to go with a twisted tele?

Like the title says I need a new bridge humbucker to go with a twisted tele. It's in a Fender J5 tele, alder body, necks maple and ebony board. Thinking something under wound, I play 95% clean and the other 5% it's a light crunch. Favourite players are John Frusciante and Richie Kotzen.
Been looking at GFS stuff and wouldn't mind trying them out. Maybe the Dream 90 or 59?
Do you guys have any suggestions?

i'd be tempted to use a p-rails or a stag mag if it were my guitar.

P-rails are up there too on my list... Can you use all the modes (split cool, p90 etc) without using a triple shot?

Yes, if you install two toggle switches.
