What is a good price for a 1965 bassman with new tubes, speaker and recovered?

At a minimum, at least $1000 USD..Possibly up to $1500 USD.

the one i found for sale had a celestion vintage 30 12" and a jensen pr10 10" with a snakeskin vinyl covering.

Is it still a head and cab set up or has it been converted to a combo???

FWIW, and IMO these numbers of 1000+ dollars is completely out of line considering it's been recovered...

converted, and recovered, and loaded with (IMO) so-so speakers...if I were looking to buy it $500 would be MAX.

yeah agreed if it's been converted into a combo then most of its original value is gone

it'll sound good but it's not collectable
