Single coil...super expensive...super rare...maybe even mythological. I say buy it, whatever the price. Oh wait...single coil SIZED humbucker? $60 bucks depending on condition.

They are $130 through the custom shop. I've never seen one used so even if you magically stumbled onto one, I don't think its the kind of item that would be bargain-shopped. If you really want one, you should probably just figure on buying it new from the custom shop for $130.

The only one I've ever seen I boiught used and paid $95 or $100 I think and sold it for the same...

They rarely pop up used so simply giving in and buying new is your best bet.

A guy offered me one for around $100. I like the full version sound but don't really know how the SC sounds. I think i could get it cheaper.

Is it better than the little 59?

I don't think it sounds much like a fullsize PG...

"Better" than a Lil 59, thats a matter of taste...

i think $100 is about what you are gonna pay, if you can find one used
