Finally, this was my biggest beef with teles, go to adjust the vol, hit the switch.
When I built mine, I put a toggle in the upper bout ala paul
Took em long enough
Sam Ash has deals on gibbys, Musicians Friend has deals on teles
& I have NO money GREAT!!:angryfire

Flipping the control plate on a Tele is pretty much the easiest mod in the history of electric guitar, so it's not really a big deal to me if it's one way or the other.

The only thing I don't like about this Tele is the knobs. I just hate witch hat knobs on a guitar for some reason.

Yeah, all you have to do it reverse mount the switch and switch the vol pot with the tone pot. But it sure makes it more useable.

Now, when are they going to change the position of the Strat switch (so you don't hit it and change the selector when you're strumming)?

+1. I've tried it the other way, and it feels awful to me. Reaching back for the switch sucks, and I never had a problem with the regular layout.

It makes it so much more convenient if you use your vol control alot while you're playing.
