Got a new Warmoth strat off CL

Don't really love the color scheme but it's kind of growing on me. Roast maple boatneck profile with a multi-piece ash body and SD psychedelic pickups. For the price it can't be beat. I may refinish it and mix and match parts with other stuff I have or just part it out. I don't know.

Great deal. Got it for $400.

Boatneck on this feels better than the one I got on my tele for some reason. It has some sort of a finish on the neck but not the fretboard.

$400! That is pretty much some Warmouth necks these days you got a deal. I agree the scheme is weird but cool in a way. I would play it.

Ha! No, I don't have a guitar for them. But what color is that? It is hard to see from the pic.

the body is some sort of black stain. Not really digging it. I'll probably paint over it

That body looks amazing! It's the pickguard which clashes. A matte black pickguard would look better.
