Kiesel codes are
Red North Start, White North Finish, Green South Finish, Black South Start.
Normal wiring is red is north Start and the hot, black is south start and ground, white and green are tied then grounded to split.
If I want to split to the other coil is it red and black tied and then green for South hot and white ground or?

The easiest way to 'reverse' a split is to connect the tied off wires to the input of the volume pot (or pickup switch) instead of ground. I used the following diagram for my Explorer with my bridge pickup split like the top pickup in the diagram (stud coil) and the neck pickup split like the bottom one in the diagram (screw coil):

Figured it out. Was Black and Red tied then Green hot and White ground. The pickup now splits to the Screw not slug coil and the problem with no hum cancelling with the RW /RP in the middle is now solved . Had the same color codes for the coils as a Gibson pickup
