i got it from a guy who's living about 1,5 km away from me in the same town.He had playcedan add in a local newspaper and i was the first one to respond and show up.
It's a 04 Malmsteen sig strat in vintage white finish. it's the version with the rosewood board. The guitar is absolutely mint and was hardly played during the half year since the dude had bought it new(it was in it's case all the time and there are still factory strings on it). I never was a strat guy but i love this thing: the scalloped super jumbo frets are nice for anything fast and the whole neck is playable and smooth like hell. It's like lifting a feather compared to my B.C Riches and the whole guitar has a very special vibe to it. It sounds just great and i can get perfect malmsteen tone out of it which i really love. I'll let the dimarzio in there for they sound great to my ears and i wanna keep it original.
and the best thing about it: the price. I payed 600€ for a practically new guitar with an average retail price of about 1500€ here in germany. The guy bought it and can't play anymore since he lost three fingers of his left hand in an accident. There is still full warranty on it and according to the bill it is really just half a year old(certificate of the guitar states the same). he gave it to me this cheap(i think it is but even if not i would pay the same again) since he had no use for it anymore and just wanted some money to upgrade his computer.
i might become a fender guy now and i wouldn't mind. I still need a tele and still have 900€ to spare
