Bought 2 sets of the 16:1 ratio, 6 in line, chrome Gotoh mini tuners for both my Strats for $ 21.95 per set. Is that a good deal or not, i thought it was. And yes they were new in pkg. :dance:

You know its a damn shame when no one answer's a thread, even if you have 4 stars or 1. New guys as well as old members would still like a post even if you dont know about the subject. Just a comment or a in depth profile on the subject at hand would be nice. I hate to see other threads unanswered, and yes mine too. I've never had anything besides Grover tuners. I'll try some Schaller and Gotohs though.

where did you get those tuners from? Im looking to upgrade the tuners on a strat copy i put together for my sister and need some good but inexpensive tuning machines.

that's a good price, but I prefer Sperzels or Schallers or Grovers for smoother action. I have the Gotoh/ Kluson vintage tuners on my tele, and they're stiff.

When I bought my Santa Cruz OM it had Gotoh tuners in it. I changed them to Waverly's. That does sound like a real good price!
