well im a sucker for the whole brown sound thing so i still prefer the m50 plexi after hearing that.

I've been considering a plexi kit, like a Metro or Ceriatone for awhile, but with the build quality and reasonable prices on the Grangers, you can get a completely built/tested/setup amp for not much more than you'd spend on a kit... and spend the assembly time you saved actually playing your new amp.
(I've always thought that most kits are seriously overpriced.)
