Graphtech Ghost loaded LB63

So I have thought about using the Graphtech licensed Floyd because it has piezo sattles. The only other bridge is the Ibanez Double Edge but you cant just go around buying those and I don't want a used one (damaged knife edges). The Licensed Floyd they have can be loaded with piezos to use with the Ghost system. Has anyone any experience with this? It looks like the Ghost system has a million switches with MIDI and stuff. All I want to do is flick a switch and I have acoustic tones. Do I need all the bells and whistles or can I just flick it on and off like a Fishman and etc.?

some of the guys over on the Ibanez site were talking bout theirs and some had trouble with the wiring being routed under the trem in a manner that would cause the them to get crushed between the trem and the wood in steep dives

I personally would prefer a blender knob but thats me

I just now decided to just go with an Original Floyd Rose. I don't mind just using my neck pickup for cleans. It was one of those things where you want it but it really wouldnt be practical. Like when I wanted my project guitar to be HSH. I was like eh the single would be cool for quack but I'd never use it unless I'm covering something. I'd never write with it. Then it evolved to be just HS because I like fat single coils more than bright humbuckers in the neck. I have a tendancy to like simplicity which is why that guitar will be no tone now. It was a cool idea but then I was like eh screw it I don't want a million things going on. I want a guitar that will play and thats it really. I have had great success with the Original Floyd and I will stick with it.

heck the GNX pedal I got will make my RG sound like an acoustic
a split signal from one of the piezo/electrics you were talking bout

in a small group it does help the rhythm player fill in the space

but I like the middle single tho too
just a bright clean middle to give the neck a little bite

I pretty much stay in position four when noodling round the house
