Whaaa?! You don't know about me running into battle with a hybrid? lol. I've used an Attax 100 for 3 years and it's been up against a JSX, a Laney GH100(which it sounds very similar to), Marshalls of all sorts, and even the people playing these amps prefer mine. It has the sound of a modern 80's metal kinda thing. It's a metal amp for people who know what they're doing, in other words....using mids. Let the other guys tell you what they think.

The ones i've heard and played were definitely great sounding amps for the money and at the right price they are a great starting point. They just don't have the tubey feel i came to love so much. But that's kinda to be expected since SS will never respond like a tube. If anyone needs a good and cheap amp this could be a great deal.
Still both my Engls will totally destroy it

One day I might own the head. I'm working down in Orange this week, 2 minutes from the shop that had the 100watt head I posted before. I might take a stop there and check it out in person.
