Currently I own two Greco Les Paul Custom clones.
Hands down...they smoke the Gibsons I've seen at 5 times the price.
I've found that with the ones I've been getting (I do some import sales) the pickups are generally, overall, quite good. I had hands down the BEST set of pickups I've ever played through come in on a Burny Les Paul Standard clone. I would suggest waiting until you get the guitar in your hands before you spend the cash on new pickups. I've rarely heard any that I wouldn't consider "keepers." Especially now that the older ones have had the benifit of a bunch of years to mellow and get vintage.
