Those are some gorgeous guitars with some of the woods they use. I really like the armrest they put on them. More comfortable playing.

I noticed the arm cut too. Taylor does that. They look magnificent. But I need a new car, so $10k for a guitar...??? nah...

These are interesting tho.. The nut is angled as is the bridge. Some kind of compensation I assume..?

Probably the Buzz Feiten tuning system as found on Ernie Ball guitars. Your guitar stays in better tune as you go up the fretboard compared to a conventional nut.
