Groove Tubes Studio preamp up for sale. Handy thing to have around a recording studio, with a speaker cabinet emulated recording output, preamp output for going to another power amp, and speaker output from its own dual 6V6 power amp section. Gain switch for extra gain, gain and preamp controls, bass, middle, treble controls with mid boost, selectable at 5 different frequencies. Presence control, master volume, and speaker emulator volume.
I have never used the speaker cab emulator. Always ran the speaker out to a speaker cab. Works fine. One pot may be slightly scratchy. I can check and spray some cleaner in if I find it's scratchy. A little rust on a couple of screws, a little rack rash around the mounting screw holes, otherwise it's very clean.
I'll include a new second set of 6V6 power tubes.
$415 shipped. May consider $410, but that's about it. Bought this on E Bay a couple of years ago and have never really used it, so I'm just clearing room in the studio.
