Guitar has a scratchy noise

Hello! My guitar has a scratchy noise every time I touch the strings. if I put my hand on the bridge or the strings - the hum goes (grounded) but if I play smth. on open strings, that scratch comes out every time I touch it.

please tell me what's wron with wiring? I think everyting is grounded...

You have a gruonding problem.. Also cheak if ur amp is grounded properly, use a diff cable and cheak that too.

this is les paul shape guitar. with 2 humbs and 4 controls. I have rewired it, but guitar is noisier than regular guitars until you touch it and ground it with your hand.

the problem is gone! pickups were not grounded thank you all
