I've bought pickups from John @ Black Rose, but two orders for cables, etc. from Guitar Heaven have gone without a hitch. Fast delivery, right parts, no problems.

I got my Barden tele bridge from Guitar Heaven, because they were about the only place I found them in stock. Their service was fine.
However, I agree with the others - both Lew and John are great guys, have excellent service, great prices and are contributors to the forum. It's good to do business with them.
Besides, we know where we can find 'em.

I've been to Guitar Heaven before. It's a medium-size mom & pop type music store in Nashville, and the staff was very friendly. From the few questions I asked them about their guitars, they seemed very knowledgeable too. The coolest thing to me was the long display counter dedicated solely to their hundreds of pickups. I kept having to wipe up my puddles of drool.
I agree that if you want to buy Duncans, Black Rose, Lew, and Guitar Electronics are hard to beat on price. However, for DiMarzios (forgive me guys), Guitar Heaven has the only decent selection I've seen.

I've bought several pickups and one guitar from Guitar Heaven. I've never had a problem with them. Service is fast and if a mistake is made on your part or theirs they will correct it promptly. I've never ordered anything from Blackrose but have had correspondence with them through e-mail. Although they didn't have what I was looking for they were real quick with their response and friendly.
