Guitar Jones USA query?

I ordered the 6 string EMG style covers from Guitar Jones USA but Im a little worried about the order.

I ordered them 5 days ago and have sent 2 emails about postage and heard nothing back?. Ive had NO "Item is dispatched" emails or anything?. They took the money and Im worried I wont get them now?. :S

has anyone had any experience with ordering from them that can help?. There is NO customer service at ALL!!......they normally take 2 weeks for orders to get to Europe.....do you hear nothing and just wait for them to appear?....

would appreciate some help here.......I have got some seymours I wanted to cover with the EMG style covers hence the order

This company have had many problems in the last three years, being sold and taken back twice.

I don't deal with'em, but I know people that do (most likely did) and they're worried 'bout the order getting delivered at all, in some cases.
