how long does it usually take these guys to ship their pickups out? i've been waiting 3 days short of a month now and im getting a bit worried, and impatient. i dont know i'f i'll deal with these guys again.

I had to email them several times before they shipped out my pickguard...I really got pipping mad at them for the lack of communication and the delay....

I've dealt with them twice now....No problems and would do business with them again...E mail them first and make sure they have what you want in stock before you order...Saves alot of hassles!

I just got two slotted lefty TUSQ nuts from them,and again,no problems and got here quick...Some of us are just lucky I guess?

I have gotten a few things from them (Via ebay) and direct. Never a problem.
I do however have a PuP cover on back order from GuitarElectronics.com for over 3 months now.:smack:

Come to think of it you're right...There is a spot under the item descriptions that say "backorder" or "In stock" I think? It's a no brainer then! :smack:

I needed a set of Duncans shipped overnight to me and I tried calling them at least 6 times one day and they never answered their phone. I ended up getting the pickups off of Ebay after the seller agreed to ship them that same day.
A few weeks later I called them to ask a question and they didn't answer that day either.
I'd feel better about them if they answered their phone.

Today....It seems people will only answer cell phones or e mail...Sad but true!

I have ordered from them several times with no problem, and receive the products within 4 days. Trying to get someone on the phone to cancel an order is difficult though. I'll order from them again.
If the item is backordered then there will be a problem......
