Sounds not bad, but you need more time with it I think. Your UX-2 tons where more natural sounding!

I dig the song BTW, the darkness and power is awesome!

It's hard not to love your tunes Rob! You have the right mixture, the right amount of Salt and spices in your soul. everything you bring out has your signature.

Now go and write some cool new patches, or use the good 'ol Gearbox/podfarm thingy :)

:) Thanks man. I sold Gear Box Toneport thingy, this is just the demo version of guitar Rig 3 - it's all I have. **** this recession! :banghead:

I remixed the guitars they sound a bit better...

Cool track musically, but didn't totally dig the tones.

I've just never got on with how Guitar Rig sounds. One of my least favorite sims. Sounds synthetic and fake to me usually. A step behind Pod Farm

Theres a few really good free sims out these days you should check out if you haved such as SoloC, that one with a good IR sounds pretty amazing

Theres also a low cost Overloud TH1 Triode thats $99 and sounds amazing as well. Not as many models as the full version but still sounds great and gives you what you need.

Using TH1 I've gotten some better guitar tones than anything I've ever mic'd before and thats really saying something! TH1 just nails the sounds I'm looking for

Thanks millsart, I have to agree about GR3 that's why i never bought it.

I tried to get those sims to work on my DAW and no go, I have Logic 5 on a PC - yah I know it's old but it works. Anyhow thanks for the tips.

I think it's better now, but still not "there" where you always are!

But we are nitpicking here LOL That's already a wonderful song! I dig it, and my GF would like it too LOL. She loves your music!

sounds cool!

...not near the songwriting and studio magic of your others ...Your stuff is really good! I listen to it more than any of the other musicians on SD right now. I noticed Lost my hold has some guitars in the background - sounds pretty sweet!
