What guitar shows do you still attend? Are there any shows out there that seem to be growing and worth traveling to visit?

What about shows you think are on the decline/no longer worth visiting?

there is a local show just north of me every year in saratoga. been going on since the mid 90's. i usually go but i wouldnt say its worth it to travel far. people want way to much for things i dont want. there are some local builders that bring nice things but i usually just go to hang out then grab dinner with some friends.

I believe the Orlando Guitar Show is a pretty big deal, and gets bigger every year. Lots of vintage stuff, but most 'guitar shows' are anyway. I think Ace has been to that one several times- there are a few threads from the past with pics, so you can get an idea of what it is.

I'd settle for just having a guitar STORE where I live... I've never been to a guitar show, I (or my credit card) would probably explode if I got to go to one.

There is a small show here in the Portland area next weekend that I will be going to. I'll also hit the show in Tacoma, WA later this month. I go, but I rarely buy much.

LA Amp Show has been on the rise for 10 years. They also added an offshoot, the LA Pedal Expo. Both are appropriate venues for Seymour Duncan. I'd even be available to work the shows if needed.

The Tacoma show promises to be really big this year. Bruce Adolphe has moved the Spring Seattle show into the Tacoma Dome this year. Should be fun.

This will be the first show Portland's had in several years. Don't know just what to expect.
