Guitar Synth Pickup Compliment

I am currently customizing a budget Ibanez strat style guitar to use with my Roland GK-3 guitar synth pickup. I used to have this fitted to my American Strat Plus and wanted to return the Strat to a more original set up (and weight). Even though I have acquired a few instruments over the years (I am 54, mental age 25) I almost exclusively use another budget guitar in the band. I bought it in Florida to use on holiday and as a backup back home in the UK so I wouldn't worry about leaving it in the office overnight. I jazzed it up a bit and now use it most of the time. If I list my current instruments, can people let me know their opinions as to which pickups I should fit to the new guitar? I would value any advice. The idea would be to fit pickups giving me versatility, but also not too far away from the sounds I am likely to need.
The band plays mostly our own material ranging from mid-life Pink Floyd to The Offspring. The synth equipped guitar in question may also be used in an electronica side project.

Guitars:

American Strat Plus with EMG SA David Gilmour electronics
Parker Fly with Seymour Duncan humbuckers and Fishman acoustic system
Ibanez mid range H/S/H with Seymour Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge and DiMarzio humbucker from Hell in the neck. Middle single coil stock and lowered out of the way. Coil tap switches on both humbuckers.
Ibanez budget H/H with Seymour Duncan SH-06 distortion mayhem set. Coil tap switches on both pickups
Ibanez budget H/S/H with Roland GK-3 synth pickup.

What would you recommend for the magnetic pickups for this last guitar?

Welcome to the Forum!

As a guitar synth player myself, I usually use a vintage output set to complement synth tones, and retain some touch-sensitivity- and you already use some higher output pickups.
Jazz/Vintage Rails/59Custom Hybrid would be my choice, but there will probably be more suggestions.
