I picked up a wood reamer. I will sand and mask as needed.

New backplate, rings, truss rod cover, and top hats arrived last night.

50s wiring kit got ordered today..

I *might* do a faber ABR conversion to it. Undecided for now.

Should have it done over the turkey day weekend.

trick: if your reamer is like mine and has a removable handle..put a few wraps of masking tape on one end of the handle.. this will make it easier for you to count revolutions and to keep the handle from falling out..

Thanks for the advice folks, the Wood Reamer worked fine. Not too many turns and I was able to get the pot shaft through.
