Sorry about that guys, I didn't know the link wasn't working anymore. It's been updated a bit, from when I originally shared it, because I give this stuff to my students.

If somebody can host it, I can e mail them the updated Zip file and maybe they could put it somewhere that everyone could get it easily from?

Well, I don't know a place where you can save it permanently, but on www.yousendit.com it can be for a week at least, then some of us will be able to get it.
