Yeah i just gotta find time to do the cut'n'pasting. I'm sick right now so I'll use my downtime at home to do it.

My rig is a little more compact now but gets a wider range of sounds... You'll see what I mean when I post up the thing haha.

BTW, Grandor... your rig is one of the more interesting mixes of gear I've seen. How do you like those Orange cabs and that G-Force?

Too big to post...the paint file I mean...it's huge...couldn't post it...

Re: Guitargeek rigs - I just finished mine

Mine was too big to post...

I have different rigs for different bands

Rig number one:
Guitar(s)-->Boss Tuner-->DiGiTech WH-1-->Dunlop Crybaby--> ProCo Rat-->Roger Mayer Axis Fuzz-->Sovtek Big Muff-->Boss DS-1-->EH Electric Mistress-->Sovtek Small Stone-->Boss Tremolo-->Boss Graphic EQ-->Boss DD-5 Delay-->Amp(s)

Rig number 2:
Guitars(s)-->Boss Tuner-->Boss OC-2 Octave-->ProCo Rat-->Lovetone Brown Source-->Amp(s)

Guitars
-Yamaha SG 2000 with modded Humbuckers
-Gibson Modern
-Fender Telecaster with custom shop Duncan pups
-Kramer 250 G(Aluminum neck) with Gibson Iommi pups
-Warmoth Strat(still in the works)
-Warmoth Tele-Gib(still in the works)

Amps
-Fender Twin Reverb(Modded by Bluelight amps)
-Marshall JMP MK II 50 watt(pre MV, 4 hole) :headbang:
-Fender Princeton Reverb(Modded by Bluelight amps)

When recording I use both the Twin and the Princeton together (with the Princeton full up)

Live most of the time it's the Marshall Head...sometimes I do use the Twin.

OK now I do feel like a real Geek :laugh2: :laugh2:

Sucks to hear about you being sick, but it makes for good time to play etc. eh?

As for the rig, I dont have it yet - Its the rig i want to get.
Its the rig im building over the next 2 yrs.

I'm getting a triaxis in the next 3 months.
Then a 50/50 or a 2:90.
Followed by an orange 4x12 cab.
Followed by the rocktron and midi board
followed by the g-force.
then the volume pedal and the tuner.
then the 2nd 4x12 cab will come
then the wireless.

Its a big rig and its very hi-quality so im saving like mad to build it.
The only piece from my current rig that i am keeping is my peavey wolfgang. lol.
The main reason for the orange cab is the look, gotta love the orange cab...
It will be loaded with celestion v30's

Re: Guitargeek rigs - I just finished mine

As for the big dumb ass rig...one of the bands I play with used to have a keyboard player...now I cover all the parts he used to do, as well as play guitar...It seems kinda dumb, but it works plus it lets me be real creative! It's a challenge, and it does keep me on my toes.

Re: Guitargeek rigs - I just finished mine

I'd do mine but I doubt I'll find a PODxt on the guitargeek site... (and it wouldn't be very interesting either)

Re: Guitargeek rigs - I just finished mine

WoW...this took some time, but it was very fun!!!

and my first photshop attempt at anything...could be better...could be worse!?

anyways...my dream rig is on the left...my current rig on the right (with the rp-1)... :laugh2:

Now I feel like a rock star - ever wonder how much better guitar players we'd all be if we spent less time on gear and forums and more on actually playing?

Yeah, and if we had anickel for each time that has been stated on this forum we'd all have our dream rigs.:smoker:

They've only got 2 items out of 5 in my rig! Had to piece together the LC-15 out of various Laney heads and Marshall combos, the ISP Decimator out of a BOSS Pedal, and the Rock Drive out of what used to be a Fulltone unit.
