I think they're pretty cool. I wish I had one as a backup guitar. I'd throw a JB in it with a mini-toggle switch to split it, and have a decent little axe.

Not too shabby, that dude can play. I thought I was cool cuz I can play the solo to crazy train pretty decent, but that puts me to complete and utter shame. Excuse me, I need to practice not sucking so bad.

My kitty is currently stock, I find it gives me the best unplugged tone that way. On the other hand, if I were to swap pickups in it I'm considering something like the Full Shred or Alt-8. But that's sometime in the future.

What bothers me is seeing all the comments about how "he's not that good he just plays fast" or "he's just playing scales really fast" or whatever.

It annoys the hell out of me. Why can't people just give credit where it's due?

... he's certainly much better @ playing Rhoads than the dude who was demoing the new RR Marshall @ NAMM.

I luv that guitar... it's cute. I wish they'd offer a model w/ a Floyd Rose... maybe a Custom Custom in dual white would work innit as well...
