hail the gripmaster!!!!

I ordered one of these simple hand strength builders(gripmaster) from musicians friend not too long ago just too be able to squeeze something when my guitar isn't around. I've been playing for 11 years and this thing even improved my finger quickness and dexterity in just a couple weeks. I had to share cause I would recommend it for any player beginner or advanced. Has anyone else used one???

Used one for 10 or so years, been great for me. Gotta be careful, don't over do, stretch your hand and wrist before and after. There have been tedonitis issues for some. Never been a prob for me. Great for pinky strength!!

It's great to have when a guitar isn't around to keep hand strength up and warm up! I've got one and usually bring it to school with me.

I have a couple, but I think they're at my mother's house...thanks for reminding me about these things...I'll have to go pick them up =)

I bought a grip exercising thingy today. I tried it, it works.

I bet would be great for warming up, I can't comment on the long-term benefits.
